
A. De Mori's Technical Support is organized through a Decentralized Technician Structure and a Central Engineer Support, located in Milan.
Technical Support is provided to our Customers through the Decentralized Structure. Both our Technicians, who are spread throughout the territory, and regular preventive maintenance activities guarantee top rate reliability of our analytical systems. Corrective maintenance, when required, is performed within short times, and at all times in agreement with requirements of Analysis Laboratories and Hospital Departments.
Our Service is targeted to improve Customer Services by means of the following innovative supports:
Remote Support:
remote management of equipments supplies remote diagnosis, effective help desk, computerized software updating and on-line support to operators.
Technical Consulting:
connection and integration of our analytical systems to Laboratory Information System.
