PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÁ:
Installazione ed assistenza degli applicativi per il controllo e gestione delle apparecchiature POCT;
Relazionarsi con il team di riferimento;
Occuparsi delle attività di installazione e configurazione di soluzioni IT;
Configurare gli applicativi in relazione alle esigenze dei clienti;
Svolgere test funzionali con adeguamento dei driver strumentali;
Effettuare assistenza on-site e/o da remoto;
Effettuare formazione del personale del cliente;
Documentare le attività svolte.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
Professionali
Esperienza biennale nel ruolo maturata presso società preferibilmente del settore medicale;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
Conoscenza reti TCP/IP;
Conoscenza protocolli ASTM, HL7 (preferibile);
Conoscenza SQL;
Conoscenza LDAP;
Conoscenza VM;
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Maintenance calendar management on assigned customers;
Preventive maintenance planning;
On-site help desk to support customers and field technicians;
Remote control management for customer support;
Direct relations with customers (clinical engineers, physicians, operators, technical offices);
Performing repair/maintenance activities on products (60% on-site activities);
Managing the procurement of spare parts by liaising with suppliers;

REQUIREMENTS:

At least five years’ experience in the role with companies preferably in the medical industry or marketing of analytical laboratory instrumentation;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;

Knowledge of relevant regulations;
Discreet use of Office and Erp Microsoft Dynamics or similar computer aids.
